Life loses it's meaning when we get stuck in the comfort zone.

Since Spokes-n-Folks is social in nature, the schedule of events is designed to offer ideas to not only get me out doing stuff, but it is also an invitation to invite you to come along…
The SnF bike club has helped me to evolve and to move outside my comfort zone. I have a much stronger appreciation for all that mother nature has to offer since camping, biking, hiking and pot lucks have brought me to areas I would not have seen otherwise and to try foods I may not have tried otherwise….... Most importantly I have grown in friendships and family ties. Look at it this way, the annual calendar merely offers a schedule of things I like to do and encourage anyone interested to come along. Riding fast or slow, trail ride or mountain bike ride, kayak or canoe, tent camp, camper or motel it, there is something for everyone. It truly is all for fun, and maybe once in a while a chance to challenge yourself a little bit…..
The Dictator on Helmets............ You may have noticed this bike club has no mandatory helmet rule. I’m a believer in freedom of choice for adults. If you educate people on the pros and cons then they can make good choices; if not, transplant surgeons need work too…nuf said.
….and remember next time you have a couple of brewskis, “Alcohol is necessary for a man so that he can have a good opinion of himself, undisturbed by the facts.
